This recently renovated exquisite 5-bedroom villa is located just 1 mile up the road from Playa Minitas and overlooks the private La Romana Country Club golf course, featuring panoramic garden and golf views. Each bedroom has a private garden terrace, split unit ACs, large flat screen TVs, and brand new memory foam mattresses. Modern Italian-inspired Viking kitchen opens to a stunning pool deck, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Unlike any other villa; come visit for a truly unique experience.
This villa sleeps a maximum of 12 guests.
BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 2: 1 king bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 5: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Dining table with seating for 12 people.
INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is not under AC.
-Smart TV.
-Bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.
-There is a second living room and office shared between the two king bedrooms.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Pool
-Jacuzzi (heated)
-Comfortable outdoor furniture, chaise lounges, umbrella, dining table
-Exquisite panoramic golf course view of La Romana Country Club
STAFF:
-3 full time staff (housekeeper, butler, and chef) who work 8am-5pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Private staff entrance and private maid’s quarters.

5-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club! Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, golf courses, and much more.
RESORT FEE: Not included is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.
Per person, per day current rates are:
$25/adult/day
$12/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
