House was beautiful and great location. Missing trash bags for the can and laundry in the machine. My car was broken into in the driveway but other than those few items- we loved the lay out and the number of beds

This property had a bit of storm damage, but the rental agent - I wish I could remember her name- was super helpful and very quick to respond. We stayed in another property they had available which was fantastic. Both properties were well maintained and clean. The rental agent was extremely attentive. I would definitely stay with them again in the future.

Historic house with great layout for multifamily or multigenerational stay in a fantastic location, easily walkable to Northshore shops and activities. Forget something at the grocery? No problem, as Publix is two blocks away. Sure the driveway is steep but it's par for course for the neighborhood and actually not as bad as some neighbors. I will definitely be staying her again and suggesting for family stays as well.

Was close to everything in downtown Chattanooga neighborhood was good a lot of remodeling of the older homes the homeless large enough for all of us we enjoyed our stay. I'll let a couple things. We needed. We didn't have a baking sheet some kitchen towels and washing cloths desperately needs. From road steps repaired. And the driveway redone was a challenge parking in the driveway very steep and narrow. The home was nice clean and plenty of room. We enjoyed our weekend.
