About this house rental
Private mini estate on 2.5 acres just 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy sitting on one of two decks overlooking the park like setting and our private pond(no swimming). Other outdoor amenities include fishing(stocked pond, bring your own poles), a custom fire pit(wood provided), and corn hole. Inside we’ve provided plenty to keep you busy: game room with ping pong and darts, board games and cards. We have cable TV and Wi-Fi.
There are 4 bedrooms, 7 beds(2 king, 3 queen plus twin over full bunk bed) and 2.5 baths.
The main floor open concept living area features a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a custom gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and spices. The upper deck has a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Two bedrooms(one king, one queen) and a full bath are on this level.
Downstairs there is a large bedroom with two queen beds and a twin over full bunkbed. The second living room/den, game room, laundry room and full bath are also on this level. This level has a covered deck to relax and enjoy the view.
The top floor has a king bedroom with a half bath and a seating area that overlooks the main living area.
Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the storage shed. There is plenty of parking around the house. Pet fee of $100. Pet fee is for 1 dog(max 80lbs, no puppies or aggressive breeds).
Downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mtn are just 15 minutes away, offering such attractions as the Chattanooga Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, Chattanooga Lookouts, Historic Bluff View Art District, Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Incline Railway. an array of restaurants, and many other attractions.

Convenient location. Had everything we needed. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Deer were running around. Enjoyed the wildlife and the fire pit. Even had skewers for s'mores!

We rented this home for our annual family vacation. Myself and my husband, our two adult children with their spouses and children. So 3 families. We chose this home for the 3 levels and stocked fishing pond. Home was well stocked. Decks were lovely to relax on. BUT AC didn’t cool the upstairs well. Basement was unusable due to dampness and awful sewer/mildew odor. Very disappointing because This was where 4 beds, family room, and game room with ping pong table were located. Pond was not as depicted in photos. It was stocked but fountain wasn’t working, it was very low, and full of debris, making it very difficult to fish. Was not taken care of. We had an issue with the stove. Overall very disappointing.
