The fully equipped modern kitchenincludes a dishwasher, combi-microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and fridge with freezer compartment.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a separate toilet, a storage room, and a bedroom with a boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm)and private bathroom. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, each with a boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be separated, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet. The living area opens onto the semi-covered patio with outdoor fireplace and garden furniture. The villa also features a private parking space and free WiFi.
