That the restaurant in Klepperstee was closed at night and no possibility for ordering dinner or bread/croissants.

Location near beach, modern house & furnishings. Quiet Park & peaceful setting.

Downstairs shower drainage was / is on way to being blocked. Very slow to drain away. Metal surround on one door handle upstairs was hanging off. Pizza cutter does not cut as extremely blunt. Coffee pot awful as does not pour without dribbling. A thermos pot would be better. No decent coffee mugs - all v small - a couple of bigger ones would be nice! T-spoons were miniature, need normal sized ones. A hairdryer would be appreciated - one that is fixed to wall would be fine! And bathmats need included in the package too. The elastic bed sheets don't fit the beds properly AGAIN. They are only little things but it all adds up & if the park is classed as luxury these are things that make the difference. We stayed here last year, same issues. Since the park is so expensive now I think the small issues should be resolved to justify the high price.

A brilliant place for families to stay!

The houses and park are beautifully designed and perfect for families. Privacy is dealt with really well, with the sand dunes and timber across the windows. You dont feel at all over looked. Loved that cars have to be kept in a car park meaning it is safe for children. The playgrounds, cafe and pools were brilliant.

Found it a bit annoying we had to make the beds, yet we were asked to strip them when we left. There were some household essentials, but these were a bit sparse. It meant we had to buy extra which we then had to leave (assume these are then thrown away when the house is cleaned?!). It would be useful to have more provided.

Relaxing

The vicinity of the dunes and the general beauty of the Dutch coast is the main attraction. The house itself is very clean, modern, and well-appointed. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is a wonderful place to go to as a bigger group or two families.

We were a bit disappointed not to be in a house on a lagoon. It was our first time staying at a Dutch holiday park, and we were surprised to learn there are no amenities like toilet paper or soap provided with the property. There is a SPAR store in the village, where we were able to buy all that we needed. Another missing element was cushioned for the outdoor furniture. Also, the patio wasn't swept or cleaned for us. We had to clean it all up ourselves. It wasn't the end of the world, but definitely, more of a do-it-yourself vacation. It would have been nice to have a barbeque. Those were not available, which was also a disappointment.

Superb

Beautiful property with a chill vibe. Great for a lazy weekend. The beach nearby is excellent for walks, cycling and water sports. The villas are very modern and the landscaping is aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen is well equipped.

Diese „Luxus“-Preise sind mehr Schein als Sein.

Bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich wie in einem gehobenen holländischen Paradies. Alles ist sorgfältig gestaltet und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Häuser sind von außen wunderschön und bieten ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Parkplätze sind geschickt an verschiedenen Stellen angeordnet, sodass keine Autos die Aussicht stören. Fahrräder können bequem direkt am Haus angebunden und abgeschlossen werden. Wir hatten das Luxe 10 Personen Haus, das uns bei unserer Ankunft beeindruckte. Es war geräumig mit einem langen Tisch, einer großen Küche, ausreichend Geschirr und einer Spülmaschine. Ein Weinkühlschrank und eine Lounge im Außenbereich rundeten das Angebot ab.

Leider ist die Anlage mehr Schein als Sein und man weiß gar nicht, wo man anfangen soll. Bei dieser Preisklasse und dem Wort „Luxus“ im Namen des Hauses erwarte ich eine tadellose Unterkunft. Der Boden war nicht richtig geputzt und im Wohnzimmer lag Staub. Die Toiletten dürfen auch gerne mal mit Intensivreinigern sauber gemacht werden, dann setzten sich auch keine Reste ab. In jedem Raum waren an den Decken Spinnenweben. Die Utensilien waren überschaubar. Man muss im Grunde alles selbst mitbringen, was man in einem Haushalt benötigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es aber zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier – für ein 10-Personen-Haus. Es wird gespart, wo man kann. Zur Begrüßung darf man sein Bett selbst beziehen. Dabei erwartet einen eine unangenehme Überraschung: Auf jedem Bett, jeder Bettdecke und jedem Laken, das man beziehen soll, befinden sich Haare. Man kann sich nur schwer vorstellen, wie selten die Bettdecken gereinigt werden. (Ich beziehe mich nicht auf die Bezüge, die in einzelnen Plastiktüten liegen – Stichwort „nachhaltige Bauweise der Häuse“, aber gleichzeitig alles in Einwegplastik einwickeln.) Wenn man sich andere Bewertungen durchliest, dann ist das kein Einzelfall mehr. Das Haus selber hat auch schon rostige Stellen und es wirkt einfach, als dass man mehr verwaltet als zu erhalten. Es ist wirklich sehr schade – die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Ich kann diese Anlage absolut nicht weiterempfehlen und wir werden sie auch nicht mehr buchen.

Richtig schöne Häuschen, total schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön, genügend Platz für alle

Die Treppe von den Schlafräumen nach unten ist sehr steil, für kleinere Kinder etwas gefährlich. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte kein „richtiges Fenster“ um mal zu lüften, genau dieses Schlafzimmer hat die Dusche mit im Raum. Etwas unangenehm.

Super Urlaub. Tolles Haus mit kleinen Abzügen bei Ausstattung. Park sehr gepflegt u. modern.

Lage: Super, kurze Wege zum Strand zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Auch ins Dorf ist es nur ein kurzer Weg. In der Nähe des Strandes gibt es einen zentralen Platz mit Restaurant, Supermarkt und Spielmöglichkeiten. Ausstattung Haus: Wie erwartet sehr gute umfangreiche Ausstattung. Große Terrasse mit Sonnensegel. Ausreichend Ablagen u. Schränke. Park: Sehr entspannt, für Kinder optimal. Aufgrund der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Park De Klepperstee konnten wir den Naturschwimmteich ebenfalls nutzen. Eine super Alternative, wenn das Meer noch zu kalt. Beide Parks sind sehr gepflegt und moder. Die Urlauber im Park aus unserer Sicht sehr entspannt.

Haus: Kein Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Laufweg bis ca. 300m. Keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Betten waren nicht bezogen. Keine Informationen im Haus zu Ausflügen und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Keine Steckdose auf der Terrase (z.B. für Elektro-Grill). Keine Mücken/Insekten-Gitter vor den Fenstern.
