About this house rental
The holiday home is located at the front of the Noordzeepark and offers everything for a successful vacation in the healthy North Sea climate.
In the entrance, you will find the bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet room with a small hand basin. Another door leads to the well-maintained living space, where you can also feel comfortable in less favorable weather. The cozy seating area invites you to relax. The separate dining area with the adjoining well-equipped open kitchen also provides ample space for the whole family.
Ground Floor:
Bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.
Separate toilet with a small hand basin.
Cozy living space with a comfortable seating area.
Separate dining area with an adjoining well-equipped open kitchen.
First Floor:
3 bedrooms, in a rural style with sufficient closet space for a good night's sleep.
One room is equipped with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and a separate sink.
The other two rooms each have 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
An additional toilet room with a small hand basin is also highly appreciated.
A crib and high chair are already present in the house at no extra cost.
Outside:
The garden on the west side is fenced with a green hedge and offers plenty of privacy and relaxation opportunities.
The garden seating area on the east side is ideal for breakfast, allowing you to start the day well.
Other amenities:
Attached storage room with a washing machine.
Parking space for 2 cars in front of the house.
- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.
- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.
- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
