About this apartment rental
Location & comfort combine in this amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the Le Chamonix building in the pedestrian core area of Mountain Village. With views of the St Sophia ridge from the living spaces and multiple balconies, spacious open concept living, dining & kitchen, and 3 bedroom suites each with attached full bath, any group will feel right at home on their Mountain Village vacation.
Upon entering the condo, the main level is comprised of the living area with gas fireplace, large balcony overlooking the village pond and St Sophia ridge, large flatscreen smart TV, dining table with seating for 6, and beautiful kitchen. The kitchen, with granite counter tops and full size, high end appliances is fully outfitted. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for extra seating options.
The 2nd and 3rd bedroom suites are also on the main level, with a king bed in one and queen bed in the other, both with attached baths with shower/tub combos. Laundry closet with washer/dryer also on the main level.
The 2nd floor of the condo is the Master Suite which offers a plush king bedroom, private balcony with St Sophia views, and attached bath with large shower and separate soaking tub. The suite also includes an office area on the landing of the second level with desk for necessary worktime activities.
The condo is on the 2nd floor of the Le Chamonix building, accessible via elevator or stairs, with private ski closet next to the front door. There is 1 free private parking space included in the nearby Heritage Parking Garage, designated for Le Chamonix guests and residents. Ski access is steps away at the main Lift 4 Village Express, Boot Doctors premiere rental and retail ski & bike shop is below for all your gear, rental & tuning needs, as well as the wide range of dining, shopping, and nightlife options in the Village Core steps away. Our family goes to Telluride every year, but this was our first time staying at this property. We truly enjoyed our stay here! The property was beautiful, clean, conveniently located, and the management team was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this unit!

Property was as pictured and advertised. The condo was spacious for 5 adults. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location was great, right next to the village and the gondola was easily accessible for hassle free trips into the town of Telluride and the festival grounds. This was a very nice condo and we had a wonderful weekend with family and music. Thank you!

Great 2 story condo near the slopes. Very spacious with good shared living areas and a spectacular master bedroom upstairs.
