**If you have a boat or jet skis, bring them down! We have a 12x32 boat slip for you to use:)----Boat Launch 3 miles from condo for $10(you can leave money in mail box if they aren't there)
Like to grill? You'll have your own personal grill that over looks the beautiful main channel on a very spacious covered deck!

We loved the location of the condo. It was easy to get in and out. The renter was very prompt in his responses. The only drawback was it was 100 while we were down there, but we still had a great time. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice condo. The pool was very nice and close. The boat slip is also close. Not too many stairs to go up and down like some other places we've stayed. Great view and close to the strip and restaurants. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Wife loved the Jacuzzi tub

One of the bedrooms has 2 twins instead of a full size.
If you're bringing a boat, the easiest place to put in is at Randall Resort. You can leave your trailer there too. It's in the same cove as the condo. I believe it was $10 to use the boat ramp and $10 per day to keep trailer in their lot.
The condo is very clean and beds are comfortable.
