Waterfront Condo w/ Resort Perks in Lake Ozark!

We really enjoyed our stay and found the condo's strengths to be the things that matter most. The location was excellent, the views were beautiful, and the balcony was a favorite spot to relax. The layout is spacious, comfortable, and makes great use of the available space. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the shower had both great water pressure and reliable hot water. The pool area was another highlight, with a convenient location, clean restrooms, and plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor seating available. The condo appeared clean upon arrival. While the furnishings and carpet are showing their age and could benefit from some updating or replacement.

The unit is showing its age and would benefit from some updates and attention to maintenance. Much of the furniture and carpeting appeared heavily worn, with visible stains and signs of long-term use. The bath towels were well past their prime and should be replaced. Basic toiletries such as shampoo and soap were not provided, which was unexpected. Several closets contained stored or abandoned items that detracted from the overall appearance and reduced usable space. We also encountered a broken balcony door handle and had to make a temporary repair ourselves. With some refreshing of furnishings, improved housekeeping, and attention to maintenance details, this condo could provide a much better guest experience. The property has potential, but it is in need of updates to match traveler expectations.

Four bathrooms. Nice large rooms. Location right at the lake shore.

One patio door would not lock. The deadbolt lock had been drilled out. But it still locked from the inside. Not as clean as I expected. Our reserved parking spots were occupied/blocked upon arrival. Texted the manager and it was quickly remedied.

The dumpster was so far.

I liked that the condo was spacious and right on the lake.

I didn’t like the dirty carpet and furniture. Some of the curtains were cut up. The building had lots of spider webs.
