With an open-concept layout, family time is curated with ease. As the chef of your group utilizes the gleaming full kitchen, cuddle up and hunker down in the spacious living room. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Keurig and hosts will adore the large dining table, perfect for family-style meals.
Privacy and peace abound in the home's primary en suite bedroom. Spend your evenings on the private balcony, gazing out at the water, before dipping into the soaking tub for a bubble bath. The little ones of the family will be pleased with the additional TV room and the play area, featuring a play kitchen, and other toys. Additional interior perks include a separate laundry room, central air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, a work desk, and internet access.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras outside the front and back of the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for 3 families and kids. Cannot beat the quick access to beach and fun small neighborhood for bike riding. We would stay again for sure. Only two things that could be improved - add blinds/shades to downstairs space to shield bright sun as it made the house super bright and hot in the afternoon and added a level of discomfort at night as no privacy. Recycling garbage was completely full upon arrival, should also add note that garbage should be brought in garage at night due to wildlife (bears).

Our group loved the location of the house, a short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. The house comfortably sleeps 9 people and had comfortable beds. The kitchen could use a coffee pot in addition to the Keurig and a large skillet. The game room and hot tub were a hit.

House keeping needs to do better. Very disappointing with how dirty the house was. The access to the beach is great and the little game room was great for everyone. No propane was provided so we had to go buy our own to be able to BBQ, lacking basic necessities in the kitchen. Check out at 10am is a joke then forcing you to be charged for late check out is very frustrating.
