Wake up, grab your coffee and enjoy the serenity of Gruene Lake Ranch's unique A-Frame community! You can either make breakfast in the spacious kitchen or treat yourself to some of the many delicious spots nearby.
Within a ten minute drive/Uber you will be floating the Guadalupe or Comal rivers, playing at Schlitterbahn, shopping and enjoying live music in downtown Gruene, or rocking out at the Whitewater Amphitheater! Head over to the stocked community ponds to fish for some bass, catfish, or bluegill. Grill dinner on the patio with your private BBQ. Later you can play corn hole, watch the sunset from the porch swing with a drink in hand or roast marshmallows over your very own fire pit.
Newly constructed home and furnishings! Comfortable yet modern with all the conveniences you could want during your vacation. Toiletries in all three bathrooms, bath towels, pool/river towels, makeup towels, floor fan, luggage racks, washer/dryer, detergent, iron, coffee, tea, and smores are all provided for your use and enjoyment. Located on FM-306 less than 5 miles south of Whitewater Amphitheater. And a 10 min drive to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene!
New shades installed on large front windows to give you additional privacy during your stay.
Please note that the community is still under construction (we were the first phase to close). During the weekday hours there may be workers in the community finishing up homes and the community amenities like the pool, mercantile, and outdoor music area (which are away from the home). At this time, these are not yet available which is why nightly rates have been significantly reduced. There are two exterior Ring doorbell cameras at the front door and in the back parking area.

Even though the whole property is still under construction this unit was great. The drive up to the unit was a bit rough due to the storms that passed through the area last week but it was worth it. The unit is well stocked with everything you might need for your stay from towls to blankets for hanging out at the fire pit and roasting marshmallows. My whole group was really surprised by how nice the unit was, the appliances are a great quality, the fixtures in the bathrooms are also great with crazy strong water pressure in the shower. The only possible complaint I could come up with is a couple of wheels are missing on the bottom rack of the dishwasher making it a bit annoying to pull out, but that's all I can find as a negative. Other than the one tiny issue this is a great place to stay!

We had a great stay! The house is easy to find, clean and very comfortable for our party of 5. Ashley and Roman were super responsive with any questions we had for them. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

Our group of 8 had a great time at this rental. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for our 4 days. The hosts were very communicative and helpful! We would highly recommend it!

Wow! What a fabulous and memorable weekend celebrating our TXST GRADUATE! Ashley and Roman went above and beyond to make our stay easy and stress free. Ashley & Roman even surprised us Saturday morning with DONUTS! I was worried about having a family cookout and being too loud, but the layout was fantastic. The beds were so comfy! LOL our family now wants to build an A-Frame on our ranch. We will for sure be back! Thanks Ashley & Roman!
