About this house rental
3/1.5 home. Sleeps 12. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. 3rd bedroom: Twin over Twin bunk and a Twin over Full bunk. Living room: 2 futons. 2 dogs allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Ideal location for your family vacation. Whether you are looking for beautiful views, tubing, fishing, roasting marshmallows or just home has it all!!! Patio at river's edge with steps allows easy entrance into river. Large deck on the front of the house affords great views of the Guadalupe River. 40 ft of private riverfront property is perfect for spending the day swimming, kayaking, tubing and relaxing. Home sits on a 1/2 acre of fenced in land giving privacy and plenty of room for outdoor activities. kayak with paddle included for guest use.
Private Guadalupe riverfront property is across the street 200 ft from the house and includes a large stone patio a few feet from the river. Patio is perfect for setting up canopies and chairs and spending the day. Six stone steps at river edge allow for an easy walking entrance into river. This location on river is perfect for wading, swimming, floating in a tube or just relaxing as you watch others float by. Tube and raft rental is next door. Food and drinks are available at the Lone Star Float House a short walk up River Road.
Home is fully furnished with an open kitchen/dining/living room which include many extra amenities. Large island for extra seating in the full kitchen which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware. Sheets, bath towels, pillows and linens are included for all beds. Living room has 2 recliners and 2 futons, flat screen HD TV, DVD, and VCR. The master bedroom has a king bed and YouTube TV. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with YouTube TV and the 2nd guestroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. House has high speed internet/WIFI and YouTube television. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience. A gas grill, charcoal grill and fire pit (fire wood not provided). 2 of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs with YouTube TV.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property allows 2 dogs max under 40 lbs. There is a $150 one time dog fee. You can park 4-5 vehicles at this property.
The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park. Shopping is just 20 minutes away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, just 30 minutes away. You are also a short 45 minute drive from the state capital of Austin, and all it has to offer. In New Braunfels, you will never run out of things to do!

We absolutely loved this property! It was right across the road from the river which was great for easily walking to the river! We loved that the yard was completely fenced in with a beautiful front porch and deck for us yo relax and let the dogs outside to enjoy the view of the river! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Everything was great! There is a sprinkler system that goes off right by the stairs, and if you dont know, it will spray you...haha i found that out...but everything was great!!!

Location is lovely but river acces is shared with house across the street. Not a cozy little slab with steps in the water. Unshaded..

While our experience with checking in and out was smooth, the property was quite different than advertised on the website. The home itself was fine, although quite a bit older than the images appear, it was clean with comfortable AC. Our issue is with the "riverfront" area, which was nothing like pictured except for the pad area. The steps pictured multiple times leading into the river do NOT exist. Instead, it is a mud slope through 5 feet of tall grass and trash - two chairs at the river edge, along with discarded clothing. While you cannot keep people from dumping while they float, these items had been there awhile proving the area was not inspected before our arrival.The clean and pristine river edge shown in multiple images does not exist, the entire river edge is 5-foot tall grass on both sides of the property entrance. That is a haven for snakes to nest in and that is what we would have to walk through to access the river. The bolder featured just inside the river on your photos has been graffitied, image has been included, adding to the serene experience of the busted canopies flanking the river edge at the business one house over. Response from NBE was that we should’ve contacted them during our stay to have maintenance come mow. *That would’ve taken up a day of our two full days there. The grass had been growing for weeks if not months, where nobody is monitoring just profiting.
