Quiet neighborhood, St. Bernadette's Catholic Church parking lot is directly across the street, Covered porch & covered back patio, ADT monitored alarm + 2 front cameras, garage door opener, Lg. kitchen w/ large pantry, large laundry room w/ washer & dryer, cove ceilings in DR & LR, French doors to backyard. Lush green front lawn w/manual sprinklers, brand new flooring carpets in halls & BR's, ceramic tile bath floors & vinyl laminate in Kit & Laundry room + 3 ceiling fans.
Note: Just finished remodel. Backyard is big with large covered patio and large uncovered patio and landscaped.

Clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood. The garage was helpful but a little tricky with an overgrown tree in front of it and no car clicker. Rooms were nice and hosts were communicative/helpful.

The house was very clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed for our stay. Keurig, toaster etc. Host was very responsive when we had a question about the a/c.

Terrific location in NE ALBUQUERQUE.House was super clean and well equipped for a visitor.Comfortable common spaces and comfortable beds.Having two bathrooms and a walk-in shower made it an excellent choice. The host was very supportive and has made it super easy to check in and out,There were many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping on bordering roads on Eubank and Juan .We would select this house again when traveling to Albuquerque.

The main reason I chose this property was location and setup for viewing and photographing the total eclipse. The backyard was perfect for the setup.
The house was perfect and in a great location. The owners were fantastic and he kept in touch with me the whole stay. He made suggestions on things that would interest us.
I would definitely like to return to the area some day and do a lot more since most of my time was spent with set up and photos of the eclipse. I would choose this house again no doubt about it.
