No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool/spa do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The house was perfect for me and my grandkids, myself and my daughters. The pool was the best part of the trip for the kids , we had pool floats but we left it for another family- the beds were really comfortable and I love the fact that it was 3 bathrooms excellent for a family of 9 . The overall stay was excellent perfect area with restaurants and stores in the area. The WiFi was great just check the batteries in the remote often we couldn’t figure out the TV for 2 days .. just my opinion give more trash bags sorry we left 2 bags of trash inside the house but the outside bin was full and I put trash out my first night and the raccoons got into the trash and made a mess . We wasn’t able to explore the resort because of the rain but we still had fun exploring the area and using the private pool . We hope to return again or at a bigger house .

Decorated very cute. A very clean and comfortable stay as listed. Great gated community, easy to check in and we loved the private pool in the evenings and large community pool!!

The property looked like the pictures. It was in a convenient location - 20 or so minutes from the Disney Parks. My family enjoyed both the smaller pool in our backyard & the larger pool in the complex. I was disappointed with a few things. The floors did not seem as clean as they should be. After takin our shoes off at the door (as our custom), we walked around a bit and had crumbs/dirt on our feet. Several of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty & I had to hand wash them. It was difficult to open/close the shower door. I was also disappointed with communication with the “property manager”. I made sure to list all guests and expected guests prior to arrival. When I arrived, I was told by security that only I was listed. I then reached out to Vacasa and they said they would take care of it. Several days later I was expecting one of my close friends and her children and was told by security that she was still not on the list. I again reached out to Vacasa and was told that they would take care of it. They did not. It was incredibly disappointing because I came down to Florida all the way from the North East and my friend could only visit one day of our trip. If you don’t anticipate having any friends or family visit, then this would be perfect for you. If you do, just know customer service is not very helpful.
