Open living room has large flat screen tv and large sectional sofa. The apartment has its own washer/dryer. The bathroom has tiled shower, toilet and vanity.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds.
The rental includes 2 parking spots, ( 1 off street and 1 city of Rehoboth parking pass)private green seating area with gas grill. The unit also has an outdoor shower.

The place was beautiful with modern and well functioning appliances. The off street parking with the option for a parking pass was absolutely clutch. The owner David communicated well and made we had everything we needed. We would certainly stay here again, and plan to in coming years. One very small downside was the proximity to the neighbors pool. They had a late night pool party and it felt like we were at the party as well. Not the standard, the exception in this case. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and modest home with us!

Good location and good decor. But no blinds in the master bedroom (couldn't sleep in at all) and Internet was down for 2 days of the trip.

Perfect location in an adorable neighborhood! The home has everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!!
