Home was immaculate and owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use.Plenty of room for my family of 4, plus my mother in law. Not sure what the one negative post was referring to regarding “barking dogs” but we didn’t t hear any. We were in town for a baseball tournament in Fort Meyers. For anyone looking for this reason, all the fields were no more than 25 minutes away (even with traffic)

This place was an insanely good value. The pool was great, the kitchen was excellent and had a lot of appliances. Also a great place if you have young children. We used the available pack and play and high chair for my one and a half year old son. It was amazing to lounge by the pool while he napped. A previous review mentioned some barking dogs, but we didn’t have any issues with that. What I will say is to check all of the doors and windows. We found one door and three windows unlocked upon arrival, including the window in the room where my son was to sleep. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place.

This was our first time at this house but at least our 10th stay in Cape Coral, this was in a slightly different area than we have stayed before but not far out of the way. Close to Del Prado with all the stores and restaurants, the house was nice and clean. The pros- Good sized house with 3 bedrooms 2 baths, great kitchen and pool table area. They had beach chairs and a cooler to use for beach day and some rods in the shed to fish. Watched Manatee off the dock most days and caught a few catfish. The Cons - The area has a few barking dogs that like to bark at anything going by the canal, there is no seating on the dock area, the pillows sucked beds were comfy though. Make sure to read the booking as we had no pool heat and apparently you had to pre book heat to be turned on which we have never had before. Over all not a bad place not the best but not the worst

Great villa, nicely decorated, very clean. Great master suite with walk-inn closed and very large bathroom. Seperate rainshower and tub. A very nice pooltafel in a seperate room. We played every day. The kitchen was luxuries. We didn’t use the other bedrooms and bathroom. Outside was a large pool with nice view. Al and all a higlyrecommended villa!
