This beautiful townhome sleeps 10 guests, featuring a king bedroom on the first floor with a 65” flat screen TV, a second floor bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a third floor king master suite with a 65” flat screen TV, wet bar and a private balcony with partial gulf views! Take a short stroll to the gated beach access, splash around in the community pool, or chill on one of your private balconies! You’ll have everything you need and more at Beach Haven!

Beach Pointe is a lovely community of townhomes just across from gated beach access in Destin! These townhomes boast a centrally located, fenced-in community pool and sun deck. This ideal location is a short distance from several beachfront restaurants and a few miles from Destin Commons and Silver Sands! Come see why families vacation to Beach Pointe year after year!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is just down the road as well.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Property was in a great location close to beach. Enjoyed our stay. Couch and beds could use an upgrade. The house sleeps 10 but the washer and dryer are very small. Dryer did not work very well. Limited utensils that work in kitchen

I stayed at Beach Pointe 703 this past week w/ my family. We visit Destin yearly & stayed in a different Beach Pointe unit before. We chose this because of the proximity to the beach but we had a lot of issues during our stay.
The bad:
- The bed on the 1st floor was broken & slanted towards the headboard. In the middle of the night while my parents were asleep the whole thing collapsed!
- The sink in the first floor bath was clogged
- The washer was TINY & the dryer did not dry. Don’t plan on doing laundry here!
- The pullout bed in the 2nd floor sofa was broken so there was nothing supporting the cushions. The fabric was old & itchy so we had to cover it with a blanket
- the stair railings were wobbly. An adult tripping & falling/leaning on it could’ve ended badly
- The kitchen only had one pot and one pan, which isn’t enough for a house that sleeps 10 people. The cutting boards were flimsy old plastic sheets, worse than dollar store ones
- The closet door in the 2nd floor bunk room was broken & fell off. There’s no AC vent in the bunk room so it gets hot (there was a fan which kinda helped)
- The 2nd floor bathroom door was broken
- The 3rd floor bath had rusty toilet brushes/plungers on the floor and gunk near the mini fridge
The good:
- Close to the beach w/ private entry
- Mgmt company responded to our issues and fixed the bed and clogged sink but said not to use the sofa bed
Overall I would not recommend this place until they fix/upgrade many things!
