Whether you’re relaxing on the new pool deck overlooking the beach, or taking in the vast ocean scenery from above, this Oceanfront unit is a small slice of heaven we couldn’t resist sharing! South Carolina charm finished with modern flooring throughout only compliments the sound of the ocean against the shore. Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom accommodations make the perfect getaway for groups of 6.

-65in flat screen tv in the living room
-Tvs in all bedrooms
-3 king beds
-3 full baths
-6 beach towels & 2 beach chairs available in the storage cabinet in the entry
Key notes:
-This condo is on the 3rd floor of Horizon East and is a corner unit
-This condo building is a locked building 24 hours a day. A key fob is provided for the duration of your stay for easy access
-There is one parking pass provided from Memorial Day to Labor Day
-There are 2 elevators in the building
-Newly renovated pool & deck overlooking the ocean. Pool Hours 9:00am to Sunset
-Please be advised Pest Control Services is typically scheduled to come on the third Monday of every other month (even months) to spray the unit with non-toxic repellent
-CLEANING FEE: in addition to a standard clean, cleaning fee includes fresh towels and linens, made beds, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels
ALL RENTERS MUST GET APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING A BOOKING REQUEST.
We will not accept your request without a SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT and PRE-APPROVAL from owner.

Condo was great..Hannah was always quick to answer any questions I had..
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the parking was only for one car on the parking lot and you have to have a fob to get in the building and we only had one for the four of us....
Pool area and lounge chairs were nice also.

Loved how each of us had our own room and bathroom. Large closets. Plenty of kitchen cabinets. Safety is first here. You must have key fob to even enter building and there are multiple security cameras. Host has one outside of the door. Host quick to respond to your questions/concerns. I had a question and I thought she would reply in the app but she called me immediately. She makes sure your questions are answered because she is a school teacher and called me back while they was on a field trip. You honestly feel like you are talking with a long time friend. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo with well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds and a beautiful view! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My hubby and I 100% enjoyed this condo..It was the most complete one that we have ever stayed at....It had everything ya needed..Including the most perfect view....Hannah was on top of everything and such a joy to work with..Beds were super comfy..Plenty of seating for late evenings..The kitchen was stocked perfectly....It was a slice of heaven..!!! Thank You Hannah,,, We will be back.....
