About this house rental
Witness stunning sunsets and sunrise tranquility through floor-to-ceiling windows. Securely dock your boat at the dock or store it in the spacious garage. Stay connected with high-speed internet, whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Ideally situated near Wolf Creek boat launch, indulge in waterfront dining and exciting activities.
Fish off the dock (license required) with provided fishing equipment. Dock may be used by a guest in the Fishing Cabin on the same property if also rented.
Swim off the dock, bring your own floaties or use the ones provided.
The Property:
• Single Story, enclosed porch as well as an open deck facing the lake.
• Beautiful dock for boat tie up, fishing, or for swimming.
• Bedroom 1: King Bed, bathroom attached
• Bedroom 2: King Bed
• Bathrooms: 1 attached to one bedroom, one in hallway.
• Note: Additional sleeping available for an additional charge in detached Fishing Cabin that has a queen bed, ¾ bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area, and an additional two-car garage. Please message Host if interested in adding sleeping space for four more to your reservation.
• Outdoor area: Private fenced-in yard, dining set, pellet grill, boat dock, fish cleaning table, boat tie up area, lawn chairs, lawn games, swim floaties, life jackets, fishing equipment.
• Indoor area: Smart TV, stocked kitchen, dining table, floor to ceiling windows facing lake, central A/C & heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, emergency shelter in small basement, washer and dryer, back porch with lake view.
• WiFi, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, hair dryer, iron, beach towels, coffee/creamer, bottled water.
Parking:
• Two-car oversized 32 ft garages for your boat, truck or cars. If Fishing cabin is also booked, there are two additional spaces in the garages.
Additional Notes:
We are 10 minutes to Grove and many of the amenities of the area.
Grand Lake: Lake access & fishing from house, Wolf Creek Park is a 10 minute boat ride and there are many restaurants and activities accessible by boat or car.
Other Activities within a 30-minute drive:
• Lendonwood Gardens
• Golfing
• Many casinos
• Caving
• Har-Ber Village Museum
• Monkey Island
• Bernice Nature Center
• Pensacola Dam
• Shopping: Walmart, Harps Grocery Store, Tractor Supply, Dollar General

• Joplin Area
• Northwest Arkansas with museums, shopping, and many restaurants
Airports:

Great vacation at Grand Lake! The house was perfect for a couple fisherman. Plenty of room, very clean, and the house was stocked with everything we needed and more! Large empty garage and a nice boat dock on a beautiful point. We were very happy we rented this house and hope to be back in the future. Highly recommend this property!

Lisa is a great host! We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The views from the front living room are just unbeatable. The location of the dock is perfect. You have great fishing in the cove, but you’re not secluded from the main lake. We will most definitely stay again!

Sunset Point is a fantastic property. Beautiful sunsets, close to town, all the comforts of home. Love all the extra space for relaxing, playing games, cooking, etc. Will definitely stay here again.
