Great little cabin. Handy for those wanting water time. For the price a 2BR place needs a second bath for those with others. Overall it was very nice. The dock will handle one smaller and one larger vessel. Also there was a city of Grove concern while I was there. I didn't put me out, though the event side of Grove depends on 5% taxes from hotels, resorts and VRBO usage. The new center and ramp facilities are amazing and the lake is good for both fishing and recreational use.
