The laundry room is an air-conditioned space. Please take extra to not lose these items as there is a $100 replacement fee. There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the property, if there is evidence of smoking, this will result in a $500 fine. There are NO PETS allowed, any evidence of a pet being brought onto the premises will result in a $500 fine. Parking for 2-3 vehicles is available along the driveway.
