About this apartment rental

Independent T3 (2 bedrooms) apartment ideally located by the sea with large terrace and magnificent view of the bay of Péro in Cargèse (fine sandy beach).
The apartment is located 10/15 minutes walk from the beach (5 minutes by car) and close to all amenities (city center, port, shops, ...)
The Calanques de Piana are 20 km away and Ajaccio is 45 km away (about 1 hour by car). The Scandola Nature Reserve can be reached in 30 minutes by boat.
The apartment is fully furnished, comfortable and located in a luxury residence with trees and quiet.

The accommodation, all comforts consists of: a bedroom with a 140*190 cm bed, a large closet and a balcony with sea view; a second bedroom upstairs with two separate beds 90*190 cm including a cupboard; an equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, slicing robot, blender, and running crockery), and plenty of storage; a living room with a table, a TV; a bathroom with a large shower, a sink, a washing machine; a separate toilet. A large terrace with sea view (and splendid sunset) has a gas barbecue.
