The elevator was broken 2 of the 3 days we were there. One trash can was not emptied before our checkin, it probably got missed in the cleaning but that’s a big miss. We received our checkin instruction email at least 10 minutes after checkin time of 4:00 which is already late in the day. I couldn’t find instructions for checking out.
We loved the rooms, furnishings, location, and amenities. I understand things happen like the trash and the elevator breaking but that was very inconvenient. Communication about checkin and checkout could have been made easier.

We had a great time. The ease to the beach was so nice. The unit is nicely appointed and comfortable. Thank you! The bunk room only has one bunk and a king. The teens had to rock, paper, scissors to see who had to share. I’d update the image shown.

Great unit! Spacious floor plan, comfortable furniture, nice decor. Gorgeous views off balconies and easy access to the beach and pool. Loved access to beach chairs and beach toys, thank you!!
