The house was perfect for our family of four, with room to spare. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked, and the linens were clean and comfortable. The furniture is excellent quality, and the place was thoughtfully designed. The pool was in great condition. Close enough to all of the good bars and restaurants and beach.
I don’t think that the host can affect this, but Booking.com showed this property to be in cinnamon shore on the map. We were a little disappointed when it was in Port Aransas, but our stay was great.

The space and rooms for a group is great.
The long dining table for a group.
Nice front porch.
Plenty of comfy pillows everywhere.
The dining tables has a serious sticky problem. Paper and skin sticks to the table.
10am checkout is too early. 11am is better.
Guest upstairs shower head is bad. The shower curtain just blows in guest shower and poor quality. Toilet paper holders need tightening. Paper just slips off to the floor.
The cooking pans are old and gross now.
Very poor grass area for dogs. Glass and trash and stickers.

The beds were uncomfortable… and very low to the floor. The living room could use a recliner to relax on..

Very clean and appealing. Excellent customer service. Quick and easy correspondence.
No Internet the first night, but it got fixed immediately the next day, which was amazing. Loud neighbors next door during nighttime.
