The location was perfect for me close to Oakland, Shadyside and Bloomfield. A shared bathroom on each floor. The temperature of the room was able to be controlled by me window AC or heat was great! King size bed comfy and great!
Laundry was in basement but that was minor.

Overall good distance from the city. Simple accommodations suited my needs. AC worked and everything was well stocked.
The shoe policy. If you want shoeless floors, either clean the floors better or offer throwaway house shoes/flip flops for the stay.

I love the removal of the shoes. Directions were clear getting into space. You requested us to keep it clean.
You could give us more directives upon exiting i.e. where to put the used towels, etc. Excellent value for the purpose of our stay.
