Liked availability of parking garage, liked the in unit washer/dryer, liked the full kitchen, liked the quietness of the neighborhood. The responsiveness of the owner when issues arose was outstanding. There is plenty of parking available on the street.
It is just me, I am used to cable TV and missed that. There are two TVs, one in living room, the other in the bedroom, so we were able to each watch "our shows" just like home!
