Very clean and spacious
No lift to the apartment which was difficult with suitcases.

Great location.
Apartment is run down. Tub corking and bathroom baseboards are weathered, if not dirty. The walls of bedroom are marked up and weathered. Blanket was stained. There was no kitchen despite photos showing a kitchen. The apartment is very spacious with mostly dead space. Big dining room and table and long living room with a sofa and TV. Big closet. All wasteful. Ned was soft. Plastic chairs around dining room table were a joke and could not support me at 170 lbs. Very noisy from apartment above. A random slipper was left in the corner of the bedroom. This pricey rental was a poor value.
