the location was strategic, near to town and Penang Hospital. got private parking space, gated. private room with private bathrooms, heater working well. iron & iron board provided but at the sharing hallway.
the sheets were not changed, it was dusty and smelly. waited a bit for the person in charged to come and greet us as we are clueless on how to enter the property. cash deposit were charge RM 50 per room, but it was not stated at their site. It was refunded during checkout so it was okay.
