The help we received from the people who manage the property was great. They made sure our issue was fixed quick
The mattress was dirty and uncomfortable. No instructions on how to use furnace. Was never told by booking we needed to bring our own linens . That should be disclosed on the booking.

The mattress was very good.
The unit is very run down with cracked kitchen tile to holes and scrapes on the floor. The bathroom walls have vinyl flooring tile on them even above the tub. The bathroom and whole unit need a major upgrade. We saw nor spoke with any staff. You have to bring your own bedding and towels.
