Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was een overkapte buitenruimte waar je gezellig kunt zitten.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für eine schöne Zeit im Simmertal. Sie ist zwar klein, aber fein, und bietet absolut ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen.

alles wat we nodig hebben voor onze vakantie is in het appartement aanwezig . Supermarkt op 150 meter 500 meter vanaf knooppunt wandelroutes mooie omgeving

Besonders bei sommerlichen Temperaturen gut geeignet, da sich die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses befindet. Sehr netter und schneller telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin (tolle Reaktionszeit). Gute Wandermöglichkeiten für fitte Menschen vor Ort vorhanden. Gute durchdachte Ausstattung der FeWo.
Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig(Schränke, Backofen etc. benötigen eine Grundreinigung). Die Lage ist nicht so schön, wenn man sich den ganzen Tag an der FeWo aufhalten möchte. Allerdings waren die Dauermieter des Hauses sehr ruhig und äußerst rücksichtsvoll.
