I love being close to the natural landscape for morning walks on the beach. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, and the breakfast is truly scrumptious!

A bit more warmth and hospitality from the reception staff would have made the trip even sweeter.

Lovely hotel and amazing staff. Just be mindful of the parking charge times between 10am and 7pm.

I loved the location and it’s not too far from Calais. It’s a new hotel and the staff were exceptional. I visited with my elderly mother and the girl at reception was so kind and helpful. She assisted me with my mother and then took our bags into the room. I will go back during the summer and visit the beach which is about a 20 minute walk.

I arrived there at night and it was raining, so I didn’t see the parking restrictions next to the hotel and got a €30 fine for parking after 10am the next day, as I didn’t checkout until 11am. There is a notice on the reception desk, but it’s quite small and you won’t notice it and the reception should make you aware of this on checking in.

Hotel ist o.k. mit Einschränkungen. Es gibt bessere Unterkünfte!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Zimmer hatte ausreichend Steckdosen. Das Bad hatte genug Abstellflächen.

Das Treppenhaus war noch eine schmutzige Baustelle und wenig einladend, sodass man immer den Aufzug nahm. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad wurden nicht richtig warm, die Klimaanlage war nicht zu bedienen. Das Frühstück war für den Preis von 21 € nicht akzeptabel. Die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar und man mußte immer nachfragen, damit nachgelegt wurde. Wurst und Käse waren nicht immer frisch. Eierspeisen mußte man persönlich bestellen, wurden aber nicht an den Tisch gebracht, sodass andere Gäste sich bedienten!. Sonntags war der Frühstücksraum voll und nur eine Servicekraft, die überlastet war. Fazit: Das Frühstück und der Service haben noch viel Luft nach oben!!!

Très bien sauf le supplément pour les 2 déjeuners et les 2 chiens

Déjeuner, léger, ne vaut pas celui de ibis de haan , pas beaucoup de choix et vite vidé pas de remise du peu qu'il y avait donc beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'on a eu , mais très bien d'avoir un emplacement pour Déjeuner avec ses chiens

Leuk, gezellig mits de nodige aanpassingen

De ligging

Ik dacht dat ik een familiekamer had geboekt. Blijkt dat mijn kinderen in een andere kamer sliepen. Zij vonden dat uiteraard leuk, maar was jammer niet naast elkaar en waren er ook niet op voorzien. Hadden alles in 1 reiszak gestoken. Dus heen en weer geloop. Ook jammer dat we niet hoger sliepen langs de kant van de duinen. Ook de kussens zijn veel te plat. Een extra kussen op de kamer zou praktisch zijn. Ook s’. Nachts naar het toilet gaan. Krijg je de volle licht van de badkamer. Was direct wakker. Kon mijn ogen niet openhouden van felheid als ge zo in den donkere met een slaapkop gaat plassen. Jammer dat het ontbijt er niet mee inzat, maar 22€ per persoon is persoonlijk te duur.

Al wat ik nodig had en naar gevraagd

Aangenaam rustig verblijf , Geboekt voor 1 nacht , bezig met de kustwandeling. Toegekomen rond 17u oververmoeid,(heel slechts weer), gevraagd om mij onmiddelijks iets kleins te maken , dat ik vroeg kon gaan slapen., was geen enkel probleem. Heel vriendelijk personeel en mooi hotel

Er was 220 V stopcontact op de badkamer maar niet voor Europese stekkers. Dit was ook niet bij de receptie te verkrijgen. Speciale stekker op de badkamer ( om bv te scheren) is dus nodig. In de kamer zelf zijn de stopcontacten wel Europees. Ontbijt was goed enkel weinig fruit.

Sind immer gern in diesem Hotel. Einfach aber ausreichend. Lage ist einfach perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse

Sauberkeit lässt leider immer weiter nach. Teppiche in den Fluren leider nicht sauber, Zimmer waren früher auch nochmal sauberer. Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht sehr gut und so läuft das Kondenswasser in den Spiegel und die Wände runter, was man leider mittlerweile deutlich sieht. Im Kühlschrank waren noch Artikel der Vorgänger. Die Kaffeemaschine, wo man früher gratis Kaffee / Tee ziehen konnte, ist leider auch nur noch ausgeschaltet. Schade

Heel warm bij aankomst. En heel slecht geslapen door te warm op de kamer. Heel fel licht in de badkamer heel jammer dat je die niet zelf kan aan of uitzetten.

Goed bed, spijtig van het licht in de badkamer

Zeer goed bed voor mij.

Het licht in de badkamer werkt met een sensor en blijft wel heel lang branden met als gevolg dat als je 's nachts naar toilet gaat, je eerst al verblind wordt en dat het heeeeel lang duurt voor het licht uit gaat en de kamer dus verlicht is ook met de deur dicht, niet leuk voor je partner die hierdoor ook gewekt wordt. Zelfs als je je kaart voor elektriciteit uit trekt, blijft dat licht wel steeds aan springen. Ook was er vloerkleed (tapijt) op de kamer en met mijn allergie niet zo leuk.

Un accueil sympathique et bienveillant. Nous nous y sommes sentis bien de suite. Le monsieur a l’accueil s’est mis en quatre pour nous renseigner, nous aider, nous guider. Ça en est de plus appréciable que cela se perds de nos jour. Un grand merci et tout ça avec le sourire.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend, en de locatie gezellig

Misschien wat meer personeel aan de balie. Het was aanschuiven. Ook onze kamers waren ze nog aan het poetsen. Wij moesten nog 20min. wachten eer we op de kamer konden. Helaas moesten we tegen 17u naar een herdenking dienst. Onze bagage hebben we dan in bewaring gegeven.

Nie wieder. Anreise innerhalb des Check in Zeitraums - trotzdem war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Diese Info haben wir zufällig im Aufzug bekommen, nicht an der Rezeption. Die Freischaltung der Zimmer Karte für den 20€-am-Tag Parkplatz wurde an der Rezeption ebenso vergessen. Nach der "Express-Reinigung" des Zimmers stand noch eine offene Weinflasche im Kühlschrank inklusive halbleerer Gläser auf dem Tisch. Die Nespresso Maschine war leider noch gefüllt mit einer alten Kapsel. Das Frühstück(20€/Person) bot eine recht kleine Auswahl, die nicht dem heutigen Standard gerecht wird; als Beispiel vermisste man die Berücksichtigung von Allergien/alternativer Ernährungsweisen. Absolut unangemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. So waren wir froh am nächsten Tag wieder abreisen zu können.

Parfaitement situé pour nos projets d'activités à Oostende et De Haan. Très calme, mais proche du centre de Bredene. Confort satisfaisant si l'on passe ses journées à l'extérieur.

De ontbijtruimte is veel te klein. Het ontbijt is niet standaard in de prijs inbegrepen. We hebben het ontbojt nog extra besteld waardoor er 22 euro per dag per persoon bijkwam. Hierdoor steeg het bedrag aanzienlijk.
