Facilities- Kitchen, washing machine.
Convenient.
Quiet considering where it is.
Dealing with the multiple companies to make the booking, providing so much personal information and the difficulty contacting someone to gain access. Process should be much easier these days, but that's why hotels are so convenient.
Uncomfortable couch.
Quite cramped for space, especially with bags or extra gear. Bathroom sink difficult to use normally.
Parking in the street where the meter inspector comes around without missing a beat.
