Beds very comfortable, spacious apartment well equipped. Lovely shower and balcony with sea views. Good security. Lovely family run well presented apartment with attention to detail and owners respond quickly when called. Tram stop couldn’t be closer and very quickly takes you to the Central station in Palermo. No noise from neighbours. On the 6th floor and an efficient lift takes you up. Far enough from any noisy traffic. We even heard a cockerel crowing. 2 horses can be seen from the kitchen window. Tram ticket 1.40 euro and is valid 9O minutes and can be used on AMT buses and one ticket will take you to Mondello beach. Tram , bus 101 to piazza Liberta and then bus 806 to Mondello.

Some nights there were midnight fireworks nearby. Guess it is just the Sicilian way.

Pas de climatisation dans une chambre et moustiquaire déchirée, on n'a pas pu utiliser la chambre vu la chaleur!!! De nombreuses coupures électriques nous obligeant à descendre rétablir le contact

The apartment is really nice, there is AC in most rooms, the bathroom is nicely furnitured, lot of space for people to sleep in. Kitchen is equipped so you can cook everything you can think of, with a lot of dishes. The owners are also very nice, we got a lot of tips what to visit near the apartment and generaly in the Palermo city. We needed a sooner check out, and there was no problem with that. There is small, and very cheap, bakery next to the apartment where you can get breakfest, lunch and even dinner. There is also small shop where you can get the rest of neccessary things. In general, we were really happy with the accomondation.

One thing we had small problem is that we got only one key to the apartment. We were group of 4 friends that did not do everything together, so deciding who will get the keys was not easy sometimes. Also even tho it is near the sea, there are really not any beaches near the apartment, and if there are, they are dirty (piles of thrash everywhere). But that is not on the owners :)
