The Rockin' Boots cottage was charming. Very nice furnishings. Very clean. Comfortable bedding. The entire complex would be wonderful for a family reunion during warmer months. We were there during an Arctic freeze!

Because temperatures dropped down to the low 20s, it was difficult to maintain a steady heat. The distance from the parking lot around back to the cottage is about 100 paces through gravel and mulch and it's dark at night. Very remote location, Bring your own utensils, dishes, breakfast food because there are no close places to eat. The closest HEB in Dripping Springs is about a 20 minute drive.
