Maison sympathique, bus à 5 mn à pied, le 159 vous emmène à big ben, à Oxford circus en plein centre de Londres mais il mets 1h beaucoup de circulation. J’ai appréciée le calme, êtes réveillée par le bruit des oiseaux, sur la rue principale, vous avez toutes commodités

The stairs were a bit unsafe especially that we had a 2 year old baby. But what could have been better is the support staff who hardly respond to any complaints and when they do hardly resolve them. Plus

Lo mejor es que no tuvimos problema con el check in lo hicimos antes de la hora y estaba todo muy limpio. La ubicación aunque un poco lejos del centro estaba muy bien comunicado con los autobuses.
La temperatura de la ducha, no conseguimos regular el grifo, demasiado caliente.

Good location. Receptive host, who acknowledged my concerns.
Poor state of the house. There was a broken door left in the hallway for the duration of our stay. Several household essentials were missing. Lots of cosmetic repairs are sorely needed. The door latch was broken and we were locked out of the property at one point. The host did address a couple of these issues but still disappointing that this happened to begin with.
