Madeirense Villa in Santa Cruz

Tolle Lage, um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden. die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Berg, man blickt auf das Meer und kann jedem Flugzeug bei der Landung zusehen (Achtung: entsprechend Fluglärm vorhanden, aber nicht allzu laut) Jedes Zimmer besitzt ein eigenes vollausgestattetes Badezimmer, insgesamt gibt es drei Badezimmer.

L'extérieur avec la terrasse et le salon d'été est TOP. La piscine chauffée permet une utilisation quasi par tous les temps.

La proximité avec l'aéroport permet de voir TOUS les atterrissages avec le bruit qui va avec ! J'avoue qu'on s'y fait et ça a un côté amusant mais c'est quand même très bruyant! L'accessibilité à la maison est difficile et l'adresse donnée par booking n'était pas la bonne

The pool with heating is exceptional. There are 3 bathrooms.

A lot of insects inside a villa, mostly caterpillars, kids are terrified. It’s also not very clean compared to other places in Madeira with similar standard. Staff should be replaced: not very responsive via WhatsApp, speaking for a long time over the phone in front of us while we wait for check-in. Close to the airport - it can be pro or con but you hear loud engine sounds all the time. Property has two separate houses with one gate. You see and hear the other guests playing at their pool or walking along your pool. Address and directions in booking.com is wrong. Google for “Villa Santa Cruz By Madeira Rental Holiday” - this is the right spot.

The property was very nice with a nice view and all accommodations (pool, barbecue, lovely outdoor space…)

The host was not very helpful and we actually never saw anyone during our stay not even to welcome us when we arrived. His only concerned was about the payment. Once done, did not hear anything from him not even responding to our questions/requests.
