The place was clean and well-maintained, good quality supplies (nice sheets and towels, decent stock of dishes), and the outdoor space was tidy. The walk to the beach is very short, about 1 block, and it's on a nice section of the beach which is less-busy than the main part of town.
There could have been better instructions for how to use the AC unit. The remote is not self-explanatory!
