Apartamento Cabo

En principio teníamos otra reserva para nuestra estancia en la graciosa, pero al tener que viajar con nuestra perrita Nala y al no permitir mascotas dicho alojamiento tuvimos que cambiar. Así encontramos este apartamento que nos permitía alojarnos con ella y aunque siempre optamos por estancias más modernas, ahora podemos decir que fue un acierto. Destaco en positivo desde la comodidad del apartamento y lo bien equipado que está, hasta la amabilidad de la anfitriona. Tranquilidad absoluta y vistas preciosas desde la terraza que pudimos disfrutar con nuestra perrita. Gracias a la anfitriona 🥰

Es war perfekt. Die überdachte Terrasse war Gold wert. Ruhige Lage.

Höchstens die schmale Treppe.. aber das ist ja nunmal nicht zu ändern.

The view from the balcony on the upper level is the real force of the apartment. It is on the corner of the street - via Cabo 1 -and it is the last row of houses with the view of the "desert" and even the sea , Lanzarote with Tinajo and Famara in the distance. We expected to see some stars at night since the apartment is facing nothing- the whole Atlantic ocean is in front for thousands of miles, but the lights of the Caleta de Sebo are too much. The location was quiet. Anyway. walking around La Graciosa is fantastic, feeling like in some African desert , pocket size...

The lower level is humid even after we aerated it for days. The spiral stairs to the second upper level are really narrow, no way to take the luggage up. But the view is very good. The upper bedroom is better because of the lower level bedroom humidity. The bed was small for two of us, since we are not small. The two bathrooms , one down and one up, are small and cramped, but very clean. The hydrophore- water pump- is very loud. Coming with a big trolley is long and hard because of the sandy streets ,which are nice, but it is really a long walk. Maybe is better to take a taxi, but they charge a lot for only a few hundred meters... The communication with our"host" was difficult. The host suddenly went missing and she said she was abroad and so the middlemen agents involved ( Holidu? Bookiply?) had phone numbers from Germany, UK, and also to get a contact person in place needed a lot of communication by sms and phone. It was helpfull that we also speak Spanish.
