Luxury House Villa de Teguise

We booked the villa for a week, visiting as a couple in September 2026. Teguise is indeed an ideal location to visit around the island, which in our case was made particularly comfortable as the rent included a car for free. Furthermore, the villa is strategically located around many services: across the road there are a bakery and a pharmacy and around the corner a grocery store, while a collection point for waste and recycling is 2 minutes walk. many excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk Our stay was very comfortable, as for a couple the villa is huge and is furnished with many appliances (kitchen, laundry, external grill - there is even a treadmill) wifi, pool &etc, everything working with no issue whatsoever. The main sleeping room (there a three) features an annexed room as dressing cabin and is directly connected to the bathroom, which features both a tub and a shower. A second toilet with a shower cabin is also available. There are two living rooms: one with access to the porch & grill area, garden & pool, the second one with a fireplace. Teguise Sundays market is a two minute- walk away! And Fernando has always been available by phone/sms/mail

The estate is in good conditions although some specific area show signs of wear and would benefit from maintenance.
