The Space:
Indulge in the serene beachfront luxury offered by our chic Villa - Concha House. This sun-drenched Spanish villa caters to eight guests in three beautifully themed bedrooms: Banana, Volcano, and Paradisiacal. Each room, offering a distinct aesthetic, is furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage space.
The open-concept living area is your haven for relaxation, adorned with a 55-inch TV and air conditioning for complete comfort. If work calls during your vacation, the dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi will ensure no disruption.
Cook in style in our modern kitchen, furnished with state-of-the-art appliances and cooking basics. The spacious setup makes it the heart of our villa, encouraging culinary experiences throughout your stay. Complementing the kitchen are two modern bathrooms, equipped with high-quality fixtures and toiletries, transforming simplest of showers into a spa-like retreat.
Stepping outside, the private backyard invites guests to bask in the Canarian sun by the heated pool. The BBQ grill complements the outdoor mood for an evening of culinary delights and bonding.

Guests enjoy full access to the entire property, including the heated pool, deck, BBQ area, and direct beachfront. Self-check-in via lockbox assures a hassle-free arrival. Ample street parking is available nearby, and two vintage-style bicycles are provided for local exploration.

Nuestra recomendación es planificar con antelación tus visitas a los diferentes lugares turísticos y empresas de ocio en la isla, ya que muchas de ellas incluyen un servicio de traslado.

· Alquiler de bicicletas a 15 minutos a pie.
· Alquiler de coches a poco más de 20 minutos a pie.

Overall my family had a great stay.
pros and cons
Pros- right on beach in central location close to grocery store. Pool was heated Villa looked like pictures but needs updating. Outdoor area is great and all rooms have independent AC which was nice.
Cons- Not a private villa, it is the first floor of a two story house. There is someone living upstairs with a noisy pet bird. Since it is a shared house you can not enter from the street only from the beach which was confusing upon arrival and difficult to transport luggage and groceries. It is 3 bedrooms and a living room It was musty when we arrived and a bit tired, could have been aired out. Shower handle is broken And kept falling when trying to shower so needs to be fixed. There is no welcome book so had to google how to use washer. I did a lot of research when looking for our Lanzarote villa and many reviews talked about hosts charging for surprise extras Iam not sure if it is common place or if there was a true miscommunication but our host left only 2 towels for our family of 6. We reached out immediately and we were told our reservation was for 1 person and we owed an additional $1000 for our “extra people”. We had made a proper reservation on Vrbo and even completed the check in process using host link which required passport info of guests. The host sent a pay sight outside of Vrbo for additional payment. We sent screen shots of reserv and payments and host apologized. Seemed like a money grab and left a bad taste.
