Gut erreichbar und gut organisiert mit dem Parkplatz und dem Fahrrad Keller liegt zentral .
Parkplatz in der Haus eigenen Garage wäre wegen Fahrradträger etc. besser gewesen aber kein k.o.. Kriterium die Alternative stand problemlos zur Verfügung.

Ruhige Straße, aber alles in der Nähe.
Die Balkongestaltung, da kann man noch was rausholen. Ist ja ein Südbalkon!

Helle freundliche Fewo, alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Die Lage zum Strand und zur Promenade ist perfekt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder .

Die Wohnung ist schön hell und war sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat genug Stauraum. Der Ausblick ist hervorragend und man fühlt sich direkt wohl.
Der Balkonboden ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten gibt es nicht zu beanstanden.
