Die Lage ist optimal. Keine 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn. Die Organisation für den Check-In war hervorragend und sehr gut beschrieben. Im Appartement fehlte es an nichts. Die Ausstattung war komplett, was auch einen längeren Aufenthalt gut möglich macht. Der Gastgeber hat an alles gedacht. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Obst, Wasser und Süßigkeiten.
Wir waren gerade während der Hitzeperiode dort. Es gab ausreichend Ventilatoren. Da aber die Fenster kein Fliegengitter hatten, konnten wir abends kein Licht anmachen, ohne das wir gleich von Mücken o.ä. belästigt wurden. Dies ist aber nur ein kleiner Schwachpunkt eines wirklich sehr guten Gesamtpakets.

The building itself is rundown and the neighbours can be noisy. Werner is an excellent host.

This is the best place we have ever stayed at ever! So nice, so clean, such a friendly and helpful host. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay, plenty of space, different pillows, and so on. Easy check in. The location is ok close to public transport and it is overall safe. Little tip - try the doner in Dilek kebab across the street.

The place was so cozy and clean and comfortable! So many small details and made us felt as if we were home! She kindly left some water and fruits when we got to the apartment, which can be very helpful after a long trip.
It’s right beside many trains, buses and tram connections, we didn’t get stuck for public transport once! Be aware the building is very old and give a terrible first impression, but the apartment itself looks nothing like it.
The instructions for self check in were very clear.
I definitely recommend 100%.
