Cozy jungle boat hideaway with stunning ocean view

This property is incredible and the owners are fantastic and highly responsive if issues arise. I originally booked the boat, but when some maintenance issues occurred, , the owners reached out and offered me the Manta Suites to stay in as an alternative. So, though I can't speak to the boat, my stay was wonderful mostly due to the ambiance of the property - such a peaceful and unique jungle getaway! The room was clean and very thoughtfully appointed, the shared areas were nice and fresh fruit from the property was offered to guests, amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh lilikoi and bananas! The location is also fantastic - close to lots of great food and activities, yet feels like a remote island! I wish I had booked my entire stay here and will definitely return one day. Thanks Christophe and Bonnie for an unforgettable time!

Personally, nothing. But be aware that you are IN the jungle environment! Some windows are screen only, so while I didn't have many issues with creatures, you will certainly be visited by a gecko or two (don't worry, they are harmless) and be cautious of leaving food out!

Location was convenient to visit family living close by. Place was clean, well lit with lamps, fans on to keep place cool. Quiet location. Even the noisy frogs at night made me fall asleep. If I was a tourist, the information of places to visit and things to do is excellent. We grew up in Kona and was there to visit with family who live nearby.

There was no ocean view from our boat house as advertised....only saw the greenery around the boat facing the ocean. The boat house is for people over 5 feet tall. The bed is high so had to climb/crawl into bed. The sink is set high so had to tip-toe to rinse my mouth. I suggest that the shampoo container be cleaned since it has a black mark,as if the shampoo may not be good.

The location was wonderful. It was absolutely beautiful and secluded. It was close to everything we needed without being in the hub of people.

Nothing!! It was amazing.

We loved everything! The location and the view were perfect. The boat was cozy and the hosts were extremely helpful. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature when not exploring other parts of the island.

Only wish we had more time to spend here!
