We spent 9 nights here and found everything we needed for everyday comfort. The accommodation was very clean, newly renovated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, we cooked every evening. The environment is calm and safe. There are several grocery stores and a frequent tram service nearby, and the metro 4 is just a few stops away. It was easy to get to other parts of the city. The host was attentive, very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed being here.

We were 100% satisfied with our stay and very happy that we chose this flat for our 5 days in Budapest. The flat was extremely clean and very well maintained, which we really appreciated. The kitchen equipment was also high quality, something that stood out to us as we pay attention to these details. The coffee machine was excellent as well and made really great coffee every morning. The bed was very comfortable, we slept really well every night, and the electric blinds made the room perfectly dark for sleeping. The flat is also in a very convenient area, close to a great bakery and several grocery stores. There is also a fantastic canteen/cafeteria in the next street called Kisbig Bisztró, where we ended up having lunch almost every day, it is highly recommended! Ákos was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. He couldn’t do enough for us, always kept in touch, and regularly checked if we needed anything or how we were feeling. We wholeheartedly recommend this flat to anyone staying in Budapest. Thank you so much again for your kind hospitality, Ákos!

The best thing about the flat is cleanness. I have travelled a lot but never experienced this clean flat. Towels and beddings had lovely fresh clean smell. And beddings were "crispy" clean. Amazing! Bed is very comfortable, bit harder mattresses but just perfect for me. We both slept very well. Kitchen is narrow, well equipped: big cups, tiny cups, beer glass, even baking paper, peelers for vegetables... We did not use lounge as we were most of the time out, but it is very roomy from where you can get to a little balcony with 2 chairs. Flat has got plenty of storage: 2 big wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables. Neighborhood is quiet, shops very close and there is a perfect connection to city - both sides: Buda and Pest. Trams go in the city direction every 2-3 minutes. Quick, easy and caring communication with the host.
