Quiet and peaceful place - we were very satisfied with our stay overall. You can rely on the previous reviews; they describe the reality very well. The bus stop to the city center was very close, which was perfect for us. I appreciated that the apartment had several extension cords available. There were some spices and oil in the kitchen (probably left by previous guests), which came in handy for cooking. The very private patio was a nice bonus, although we didn’t use it much because of the mosquitoes.

Minus one star for being asked to leave one hour before the official check-out time. The owner insisted on it, and I'm sorry, but I find this behavior inappropriate. With a very small investment (probably the equivalent of what they charge for one or two nights), this place could easily become a 9/10: Buy new cutlery. Repair the dishwasher. Minor Improvement of the bathroom a bit (add a couple of hooks).

The location close to bus stop was a great plus (15 mins to the city center), the apartment was clean and the towels were well kept. The apartment was located in a calm area and surrounded by trees and plants. The kitchen was big which was handy as we prepared food for us and our kid. The host has kept us a welcome drink and some sport bars, which is thoughtful and we appreciate the kindness!

From the gate, there are approx 20 stairs to climb followed by a walk around the building to reach the entrance to the apartment, please take it into consideration if you are travelling with a baby stroller or guests with special abilities. We had to carry the stroller every time we had to leave the apartment. The kitchen utensils, cutleries could be changed as they look too old, the knives barely good enough to cut a cucumber. The water in the taps are either too cold or hot, the transition between hot and cold is very fast, took a while to figure out the tap lever postion for ambient water temperature.
