The Toya Bali - Private Room & Hot Spring Jacuzzi

Air hangat, pemandangan kebun petani menghadap danau

Lokasi masuk sangat sempit, harus mobil kecil, mobil besar tidak muat

The private hot spring pool. The location, secluded and scenic. The mattress was very comfortable and the sheets a good quality. The host was helpful and friendly.

The drive is narrow and our driver wasn’t keen to drop us to the door so we had to drag our suitcases down the track. Clear arrival instructions via email would have prevented this.

The room was clean and the location was good for what we wanted as my husband had booked a trail bike tour from that area. Also it had Netflix

The flies so many flies and don't be fooled by the hot springs, more like warm springs and that is also the water for the indoor shower

Because of the very good reviews my expectations were high. But... the small road turned into a dirt track and it was difficult to find the place and get our luggage there because our driver saw the 'road' and split. Then, the 'jacuzzi' is just a hot tub which is ok but not very special. The fountain works randomly and the water constantly runs over into the patio. The bathroom is a dark grotto at night with a dirty, smelly sink and don't start me about the flies... No way you can relax outside so we called it quits and left after one night. No refund because 'we reserved already and now another traveller couldn't book it'. Which is bull because the place was empty, apart from us. Oh well, it's cheap! (But for the same price you can get a much better place!)
