Really nice location, with all amenities needed nearby and a 20 minute walk downtown. Easy communication and all amenities needed in the flat for a short stay.
Washing machine (advertised) seemed not to be working (or if it is seems very outdated) but as we didn’t need it, so I also didn’t informed myself about it → just mentioning it because we booked the place looking for accommodation with washing machine as we were travelling with a small baby 🙃

Departamento muy cómodo y bien ubicado para ir a los lugares de interés. Luca muy atento en todo momento.
Estuvo todo muy bien, se podría agregar un cafetera moka (si bien había una nespresso) y un microondas.

Luca was very responsive and easy to talk to througout our stay, he was an excellent host, even provided some local sweets upon arrival. The place is very spacious, we are a family of 4 with two young kids, and even with the sofa bed being open, we had enoung space in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is provided, including laundry detergant. The place is located in a residental area, yet close to the historic center and very close to 2 parks, one with a nice playground. The coffe place at the corner is constantly full for a reason with wide selection of sweets and savory, while the grocery store opposite of the building has warm food for lunch. We had an excellent stay at Luca’s and would love to return here if in Palermo again. Highly recommended!! Grazie mille Luca 😊
