住宿地點很好，離downtown, UBC大學，機場都不遠，剛好在中心，房間衛浴很多間，裝潢出櫃很多。
浴室角落發霉處沒有清乾淨、沙發地毯不容易維持有年代感。

Convenience, a sizable house to host 2 families, newer construction
Cleanliness and amenities need improvement. The construction looks new but we’re surprised the interior is already tear and worn. Walls have full of dents and scratches, shower stall and furnitures have stains and molds (I wasn’t able to enjoy the sofa). door entrance knob is difficult to lock and unlock (safety concerns)
