Ottima posizione per la metro. Zona super tranquilla, molto silenziosa. Letto comodo ed appartamento pulito. Fornito di tutto, da sapone a spazzolino e dentifricio. Colazione anche se di prodotti industriali molto varia e con molta scelta.
Riscaldamento un po' rumoroso, al mattino è stato un po' fastidioso.

Posizione molto comoda, ad appena 4/5 minuti dalla metro Affori Centro. Host gentilissimo e disponibilissimo
Struttura obsoleta, molto disordinata, poco accogliente ma, soprattutto molto chiassosa la notte. Stanze per nulla insonorizzate dalle quali si sentivano ragazzi starnazzare sino a tarda notte e rumori fortissimi dovuti ai lavori del cantiere adiacente. Praticamente notte in bianco.
