Sehr gut, die Wohnung bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre. Auch die Ausstattung und Geschirr etc. ist perfekt.

Die Stühle sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und schön gestaltet und in perfekter Lage. Absolut ruhig, direkt in der Altstadt. Straßenbahn und Bus halten in ca. 100 m Entfernung. Einzige Minuspunkte sind der klebrige Tisch, weil sich dort die Oberfläche (der Lack oder das Öl) aufzulösen scheint. Des weiteren sind dort 3 Stühle sehr wackelig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine inkl. Tabs ebenso. Etwas schwierig zu finden ist der Müllkeller im Stockwerk -2. Der Knopf dafür ist ganz oben rechts, außerhalb der normalen Lifttasten. Es gibt nur 1 Schlüssel zur Wohnung, aber der kann für alle Bewohner in einem kleinen Schlüsselkasten für alle hinterlegt werden. Die Eingangstür zum Haus kann mit Code auch von allen geöffnet werden. Der absolute Hit ist die kleine Dachterrasse. Parkplatz am einfachsten im Rudolfinum. Ein- und Ausladen vor dem Haus ist ohne Kosten möglich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder die Wohnung buchen.

Wie oben erwähnt: der klebrige Tisch und die wackeligen Stühle. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein. Auf der Terrasse sind nur Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen. Gar nicht gefallen haben mir die vielen einzelnen Mails von Wagner stays. Statt alle Informationen in einem Mail zu schicken, kamen sie einzeln.

Fab property, loved the open space. Location fabulous.

If i was being picky: as the weather improved the property was so stuffy. You were unable to open windows and certainly needed the fans especially upstairs. The dining room chairs were very wobble i was worried they would fall apart. On the balcony there were a couple of very loose slits quite dangerous for a child. None of the curtains closed in the down stairs bedrooms so you were awakened early as the sun came through.

Very nice and cosy apartment in the centre of Prague. Two bathrooms and three confortable double bed rooms. Additional beds for kids. Billard table for good evening fun. Easy check in process.

We requested a late check out and the agency said they would revert as soon as possible on the lage check out. Finally, the last day, they said they couldnt grant us the late check out and we had too leave in a rush, push out by the cleaning lady and also by calls and messages from the management. Very bad experience. I also wanted to give a 200 crown tip to the cleaning lady who refused to take it even when I insisted..... anyway, we wont book again this apartment when we return to Prague next month. We had booked another one earlier in Fen and the experience with the owner was 100 times more professional and nice. Booking.com is all a out experiences.... here the hospitality was really not perfect.
